My first impression was really positive — the clothes looked super cute right out of the package and I was excited to use them. Unfortunately, after just one wash, the stitching started coming loose. Disappointing because they looked great at first.

I checked out jacadi.us during their sale because I figured it might be a good time to grab a few kids’ clothes, but after actually browsing, it didn’t really feel worth it. The discounts were small, a lot of the sizes I needed were already gone, and once shipping was added, the total didn’t feel like much of a deal at all. From my experience, the sale prices still felt high for kids’ clothes, so the promo didn’t really add much value.

I tried placing my order and it just wouldn’t go through. Not sure what was going on, but checkout kept acting up and I basically got stuck there. Annoying tbh.

I really like the simple little designs here. Compared to a lot of other options I’ve seen, these feel more classic and easy to wear without being boring.

I do really like Jacadi’s style, and the kids’ clothes usually feel well made. A lot of the pieces on jacadi.us are super cute, but the prices can feel a little high for what you’re getting, so I definitely pause before checking out :)
When there’s a sale, it feels much more reasonable. But full price is harder for me to justify, especially since kids grow out of clothes so quickly! It’s not a bad shop at all, just not always worth the cost...

I really do like the style of Jacadi kids clothes, they’re super cute and look nice on. But for the price, I expected a little better quality. One sweater we bought has been fine so far, but a shirt got kind of misshaped after few washes. It’s not terrible or anything, just not as great as I was hoping.

Customer service did get back to me, so points for that, but it took a couple of days and a follow-up email from me because apparently patience is part of the package. They were polite and did fix the issue, which I appreciated, but for the price I was expecting a little more urgency. Overall, not terrible, not amazing—just okay...

The loyalty points are okay, I guess. Not bad, but they could def be a bit better or add up faster

I picked up a few kids’ outfits from jacadi, and while they looked really cute when they arrived, I expected better for the price. After a couple of washes, the fabric didn’t feel much different from stuff I’ve bought at cheaper stores. Compared to brands I usually buy for my kids, I didn’t feel like jacadi gave me enough extra quality to justify the cost. Shipping was average too. Overall, it’s nice-looking clothing, but I wouldn’t say it’s worth the money

None of that confusing fine-print crap where you feel like you need a lawyer just to send back a shirt. I could see the return window and what to do if something didn’t fit, which made buying kids clothes online feel way less risky. Smooth experience overall, and I’d order again.

It runs a bit small. I ordered my usual size and it was tighter than expected, which is annoying.

These shoes are really cute, and right out of the box I liked them. My kid says they’re comfortable, which is a big plus. But i kind of had a feeling the soles might not hold up super well, and after a few weeks they started wearing down faster than I expected. So I’m a little torn—great look and comfy, just not the most durable

I don’t know, maybe I’m being cautious, but something about this brand just feels off to me now. I’m not trying to be dramatic or convince anyone else, but I personally don’t feel comfortable trusting them anymore

I usually have good luck finding the sizes I need on jacadi.us, although a few of the really cute things seemed to sell out fast. Or maybe I just checked too late—I can’t remember if it was the same day I saw them or a couple days after. Either way, the selection is still good most of the time.

The outfits looked really cute, but the fabric felt scratchy on my kid’s skin. I reached out hoping someone could help or at least explain if it was normal, but it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue. Kind of disappointing because I really wanted to like them.

My snap judgment was that the site looks nice and clean. I was able to find the kids' clothes without much trouble, but a few pages took longer to load than I expected, which got annoying. The filters did the job, though they could definitely be better. Checkout was easy enough, so overall it was a decent experience, just not as smooth as it should be.

As a mom, I’m picky about baby clothes because they need to survive washes and daily wear, and these just didn’t. I ordered a few outfits from Jacadi Paris because they looked adorable online, but I was disappointed. The cotton felt much thinner than I expected for the price, and after just one gentle wash, one of the onesies lost its shape. The snaps also felt loose, and the pants had some loose stitching and threads. Super cute at first glance, but not sturdy enough for my baby. I wouldn’t buy again.

The refund did come through eventually, but it took over a week, and I kept checking my bank because I was starting to regret the whole purchase. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just slower than I expected and kind of made me wish I’d been more careful before ordering

I had a question about sizing for my daughter’s dress, so I reached out to Jacadi customer service. I mean, who wants to guess on kids’ clothing and then deal with the hassle later?

They were actually really helpful once they got back to me and explained the return and exchange options clearly. The only thing is, it took a bit longer than I expected to hear back, which was a little frustrating.

Still, when they did reply, they were kind and sorted out my concern. I’m giving 4 stars because the support was good overall, but wouldn’t it be even better if the response time were faster?
